I want to try this because I heard it is healthiest and also I would feel better about the animals. |

If you could help me I would appreciate it. Any studies or whatever, I don't turn my back on science. I know on a metabolic level, meat causes inflammation and fruit and vegetables contain large amounts of anti-oxidants which are anti-inflammatory. And inflammation causes aging and disease, or at least contributes to it I should say. |

That's not the problem with raw veganism. Yeah I am definitely not anti-carb. I can tell you when I cut out a lot of carbs, I don't have much energy for exercise. I still get through it but I feel god awful. I actually take a carb supplement, because of the intensity of my daily workout, I need the extra. Actually I take quite a bit of supplements. fish oil, multi vitamin, ester c, whey protein, glutamine etc. Other than the carb supplement, the majority of carbs I consume are complex, 12 grain breads, and kashi cereal. Also chobani yogurt. |

While it is a cause for concern, the latest science actually suggests that organic foods are not healthier. Although apparently some GMO products can cause kidney failure in some people. I would prefer no pesticides but considering the air I breathe is much dirtier I think taht is the least of my worries. Also none of the supercentarians I have read about consumed an organic diet. |

Also I misread you and thought you said one that WAS based on Grok reenactment. Still not sure what that is.
