Those CEO's HATE the rights the unions are given.

You're ignoring the fact that unions today are THUGS, every bit as "big business" as the corporations . . . unions don't give a damn about the membership . . . they care about the membership's due$. Look, I'll grant that some unions have gotten to be very crooked (ties with organized crime, screwing over any non-union workers that get in their way, instituting very biased and bigoted policies) but I think you're presenting a gross generalization. Without unions standing up for the little people, we'd have American sweatshops.
