I used to do that but felt shattered by the end of the day. yea you'll feel great at the weekends tho. Forget about doing anything creative that requires thought or concentration after that 8hr work day though. Practise makes perfect, if the thing you are practising is perfect to begin with! |

Even if you eat clean, you still need to flush everything from your system. fiber is key. the longer stuff lingers in your system, the more dangerous it becomes. |
