Can We Be In the Tribulation Already? | |
ceawaves User ID: 27820741 Germany 11/20/2012 09:51 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Double standard bolded: Quoting: Keep2theCode What I meant was it was not a widely held belief until the last 100 or more years. What pre-tribbers actually say? What does the Bible actually say? Quoting: ceawaves There's nothing about any Rapture in scripture..And unlike yourself I'm not the one basing a whole beleif on one word. Also there's no hate on or for the "pre-trib Rapture" belief. Actually it's much easier (imo) to believe in the Rapture. Just don't see any real firm or clear foundation actually based on it. But perhaps a better description would be "false accusation". You're the one who appears to be making it impossible to disuses the topic in a ration manner, you're the one being so defensive, not me.. Quoting: ceawaves When one is attacked, one has a right to defend. And am i clear on this? I have no right to claim you base your whole belief on one word.. but you already based and claimed my belief (which you don't even know) on a word that i never even used????.. you assume way to much..I checked the link you posted appears to be one man's rambling thoughts. Where is it? in the Bible? Have an online Bible will be no problem looking up verses. Quoting: ceawaves What word did you not use that I allegedly said your whole belief was based on? YOU assume way too much. Rambling thoughts? You didn't even read one of them, did you. They contain MANY Bible references too. I offered that link to provide the scholarly, deep analysis that so many people accuse us of lacking for our position. I don't do proof-texts or lift things from context, so if you want just a verse or two, don't expect that from me. Wow.. i have not attacked you.. only expressed my opinion, And No, i'm not wasting my time reading some other man's thoughts, already have my own..I only asked you for some Bible scripture about the rapture.. But never mind... That's really not possible. And the word you used: something about or claims based on the word Saints. You seem to have a lot of anger, for one so sure. |

(ADDED: Re. the word 'saints', if you weren't basing your claims on that, then you should have explained how that verse proved anything at all. Just citing the verse doesn't make any point.) If I have confused your posts here with others, my apologies. But if you have made blanket false statements against people who believe as I do, then that would rightly be called an attack. So if reading someone's thoughts is a waste of time since your mind is made up, I really don't know why you're in a message board at all, unless it's to just promote your views without any intent to discuss. You can believe I have "a lot of anger" if you like; that doesn't make it true. One last question for you: I have, ready to post, a document listing the Biblical defense of my views, in my own words, citing scripture. Do you want to see it or not, since you said you don't read someone else's thoughts and your mind is made up? I may put it into a thread of its own anyway, but I'll post it here first if you promise to actually read it. MHz User ID: 25505891 Canada 11/20/2012 12:57 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | According to Bible prophecy, the antichrist builds his government on three main pillars of power; a global government, a global economy and a global religious system. All three must exist and be functioning prior to his arrival on the scene, since his time frame is limited to just 2,520 days. Quoting: Jack Kinsella 21646349 The prophet Daniel says that the antichrist will be a prince of the people who destroyed the city and sanctuary; "...and the people of the prince that shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary..." (Daniel 9:26) That was accomplished by the Roman legions under the command of Titus in AD 70. You are already off the correct understanding, the 70 weeks was fully completed in a single block of time and BTW Rome was part of the brass. |

Sure, I'll read it, never really thought much about why i'm here, just a place to hang out on the web, i find interesting.. but it's not to promote my views, admit i do like to give my opinion on a regular basics.... Why am i here? freely choose to be, stumbled in one day.. and the place stuck. |

The tares are taken first and burned and the wheat stays and shines like the sun. Noah remained and the wicked were taken away. The meek shall inherit the earth, not be taken away from it. What if we are here and it was like Eden? God walked with Adam in the garden. Not in heaven. Just postulating. :) |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 53842118 United States 02/25/2015 11:15 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Why argue? A kingdom divided..My grandfather is a Baptist preacher who teaches Hebrew/Greek. He has translated the New Testament (Wilton's Translation) it can be found at Amazon. Anyway he thinks there will be no rapture. I asked him about this. The term rapture does not exist in the bible. He believes when Christ returns, it's all done. My mother on the other hand believes in the pre-trib. I guess my point is, it really changes nothing. Why argue? |
