Considering the level he's pushed in MSM, I'm inclined to believe that his significance isn't just the usual M.O. for "stars" like himself: the dumbing down of a populace and culture, degradation/further-corrupting of said culture, the use of lyrics/music written for him as a MK-delivery-mechanism... etc.

However, beyond the usuals, just the thought of asking the question "What is the dark-occult significance of Justin Beiber" or "Does Moriah have a greater purpose in regards to Justin Beiber"... makes me too much to take the question(s) seriously.
