Anyone feel like this is a really insidious setup?
The IDF wants all the women and children to go to a predetermined shelter. Then they will "accidentally" bomb the shelter via drone, killing hundreds. If Hamas retaliates the Israelis will use it as an excuse to mobilize and execute any able bodied man between 18 and 35, since anyone in that group could be a terrorist. Then they will cry 'self defense' and the U.N won't do crap about it.

This is unsympathetic to most observers. However if Israel were to blow up a bunch of women and children, then retaliation would seem to be sympathetic. So I think your interpretation is way off. They already blow up women and children, they kill like 20 in one explosion and say 'well 19 may be innocents but 1 was a terrorist so it was justified!' And the world leaders go along with it.
