The holidays -monarch slave, mk-ultra project, ritual abuse survivor, empath etc.

During the holiday season it ramps up for me. Anyone else? It seems as if everything and everyone picks on me or is out to get me. Energy vampires run rampant. People turn away, and are meaner. At times I feel almost shunned, at other times actively hated for no apparent reason.

Generally, everything goes to shit in my energy field. My family in particular, do everything in their power to trigger me to a suicide alter. I saw the eyes of a family member turn completely black a few years ago at Christmas during a horrible conversation. That was the year I almost gave up... That same year I came across (accidentally/on-purpose) a Requiem by Tomas Luis Victoria (it had a black album cover with a double headed eagle on the front). All the music I was given that Christmas was dolorous, and dreary, almost like someone wanted it that way.

Do any fellow survivors have tips on how to protect ourselves this season?
