^^ THIS ^^ is spot on! Anyone who has even cursory knowledge of these disorders or read psychiatric literature knows the difference. After working in the medical field for 25 years -- and just encountering these types in my 5 decades -- I know about them.

#1 on that list is not necessarily true because I know a few sociopaths who are NOT "charming." Maybe since "charming" is a relative term it's in the eye of the beholder. A relative of mine is a total asshole (to family, not to business associates) but definitely a sociopath.

Because you know, you now have power over them and they now know this as well for the most part and will tend to steer well clear off you especially if you are assertive and hold your own..

Maybe a person labeled "Sociopath" has nothing wrong with them and tells no lies, they just believe in a deeper reality then you could ever perceive from your shallow perspective.
