Justice system lack preventive measures

I never ... never read the newspaper, this morning i gave it a shot and what do i see on first page of the "Journal de montreal"

The Italian mob is moving from montreal to laval ... they basically know everyone of them, know where they live (you can even watch pictures of houses, they know where they hang out, they know where the money goes ...

Then why the fuck are they still around !!! i know you need to catch them in action but really ... they know everything about them

Never again i will open a newspaper :)
