The original prediction is that she came from Canada or Russia, has ties to law enforcement and the Russian government. She is also affiliated with NASA and spent time in the Canadian mental health system.

The real WOS exists and lives in Canada and is on a first name basis with 3 of the last 4 presidents. She is well known to tptb.
