The officers could be heard to shout "stop, dont move, stop moving".... Taser was deployed, and sadly (and very rarely) she suffered a cardiac arrest following the taser deployment (although I notice they have not stated that Taser WAS to blame for the cardiac arrest).... Oh and she survived. Justifiable and proportionate use in my humble opinion. Move on.
