Your body recognizes you are only eating one meal a day, so it stores everything it can, because it knows it will be a while before you eat again. Eat 5 small meals a day. Small portions but frequently. Speeds your metabolism up. Also drink half your weight in ounces of water. If you weigh 120 lbs, drink 60 -75 ounces of water a day. Stop getting your info off a forum meant for retard, christian eschatologists and schizoids. 2. If you cut down your calorie intake too much, your fasting gene will activate : your basal metabolic rate will drop and you'll burn less. Works, but slow going. 3. If you eat fat free, you are just making it hard for yourself. Eat fats that lower your thermodynamic threshold. That is eat small amounts of coconut oil and it will *BURN* fat (if your calorie intake is less than your exercise level burning) 4. Exercise. Just walking with slight sweat at c. 135BPM for 40 minutes continuously will start your internal fat burning process. Up to the c. 30 min mark you will only burn your muscles and ADP/ATP deposits (due to higher bioavailability) 5. Cut down your optimal calorie intake by say 25%-33%, not by 50% (see fasting gene again). 6. Increase your basal metabolic rate: do deep breathing exercises for 5-10 minutes several times a day. Start your day with your biggest meal (never ever skip breakfast, or your metabolism will slow down, you will burn less fat). Drink cayenne pepper + lemon juice together to start thermogenesis (for fat burning). 7. When you are hungry and have already eaten your days calories, just drink water. Not soda, not diet coke, not zero calorie drinks (they will fool your insulin system and cause your body to retain fat), just plain old water. 8. Sleep at least 8 hours a night. If you keep up too long or sleep too little, your body will start storing fat again (drop down BMR). 9. Picture yourself normal weight and feel yourself enjoying it in your imagination. Do only modifications to your diet that you can stick to for life. If you do crash course horror diet for 2 months, you'll gain it all back in another 2 months, once you are off the diet. 10. It's the biggest mistake people make when they're trying to lose weight because it will have the exact opposite effect. Eat healthy, lots of greens and veggies, no alcohol, little bread, healthy fats like olive oil and nuts, and EAT BETWEEN 1200 and 1500 CALORIES PER DAY. It's all about calories in and calories out. If you put yourself in a deficit, you will lose weight guaranteed. Just don't starve yourself. You'll never lose anything that way. |
