Fat-free never did anything for me, so eat less fat a day and less overall. Yes it will take time, but remember someone stated that you only have to eat every day an a half. If exercising then you may want to eat more, but there are protein shake drinks you can drink and make (just add water) and overall fat decreases and the kind of food you eat will let you lose weight. Snacks especially I have cut way down on, and still have to change my diet or food I eat a little more anyway.

It can be all looked up on the Internet, and I do not mean at places that advertise to lose weight, but regular websites or places about diseases like Heart Disease, and stuff like that.

Sign up for something strenuous, like Race the Reaper, Warrior Dash, etc. I did, and lost 11 pounds in one month getting ready for the event. But I also cut out all HFCS and excessive sweets. I didn't cut out any fats. Then I ran 3 days a week and weight-trained the other 3 (rested on Sunday). I still run and weight-train, but only 4 days a week now.

Before you do anything else OP, google "Gabriel Method". If you don't wish to pay for it it's all over the torrent sites and the youtube vids put out by Gabriel are very useful.

There's far more to it than calories in and calories burned.

OP have you had your thyroid checked.You can eat nothing at all and still gain weight.Exercise wont do one thing if its out of whack.I am on medication for mine and if my levels get off at all I will gain weight.One month last year I gained 30 lbs in about 3 weeks and couldnt even eat.After up and down medication adjustments we finally got it leveled back out and then the weight can be lost.
Its hard on your body to lose the rapid weigh you gain.When you see posts about stop eating,exercise,etc just ignore it and search for an under lying cause.I realize a lot of people gain because they over eat but many people thats over weight its due to a medical cause.
I have to have my levels checked monthly or I wouldnt be able to maintain my average weight at all.

Get your salt (sodium) intake blow 1500 mg a day, exercise, and go with more lean lower calorie meals.

Salt was the biggest issue for me, as soon as I lowered my intake the belly fat came off and my high blood pressure problems disappeared.

This. I have lost 35 lbs since April 7th. I quit drinking soda, only water now and cut my Sodium down to 1500-1700 a day. That is low and is hard a first but once you see what you eat and how much sodium is in it, it is amazing how fast the weight will drop. I still eat about 8 times a day just don't eat fast food or processed foods as much. My belly fat that had been on for about 8 years is almost gone and about to be sporting a nice 6 pack. I also feel so much better on the new diet.

Pushups and situps every morning and evening (take one day off)

Stop drinking sugary sodas and anything with the words diet, fat-free, low fat, etc. Nothing more than chemical supplements.

Add extra virgin coconut oil to your diet - burns belly fat
Start supplementing with Lugol's Iodine drops - regulates metabolism and initiates the suicide function in unhealthy cells.

Drink lots of water and get a good night's sleep

Fat free??? Check the ingredients of what you are eating. If it contains any form of sugar including asparteme, splenda, etc. It's not going to do you any good.

Wait, so you're eating approximately 150 calories a day at MOST? Um...you know that's unhealthy, right? Why do you think you need to lose weight versus your face just being swollen? There could be reasons why your face is retaining water, if you go into more detail about your situation...maybe we can help give some advice.

He said it saved his ass and confidence. He never regained
his weight either. He had all the females after him after that and even guys. LOL

They probably have it at your library, Thrift stores, garage sales or on Ebay. Amazon has it too.

Midmorning snack protein bar

Lunch albacore tuna wrap or chicken and salad

DRINK PLENTY OF WATER!! ZERO SODA OR DIET SODA!
