That's not the proper way, fatty. Don't stop eating 3 meals a day with snacks, just keep it strictly HEALTHY. Also, be sure to get atleast a half hour of 'cize (walking half, jog half) a day. Keep your calorie intake under 1700 and you'll be golden this way. Also, LOTS of water. A gallon a day.
