WTF is wrong with me?!?!
I have only been eating one fat-free meal a day for about a week now and my face looks really bloated and messed up.
Please help :/

Lunch albacore tuna wrap or chicken and salad

Dinner broiled fish or chicken, brown rice, vegetables, and salad
Evening Snack protein shake
DRINK PLENTY OF WATER!! ZERO SODA OR DIET SODA!
Try this for 8 weeks. You cheat even once, start over.
