Nicely said. The OP has started many threads of a similar nature here and elsewhere, all with the same MO. Likes to play spy games, build intrigue, fuck with folk's heads. Anonymous Coward User ID: 27632224 United States 11/21/2012 05:28 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Hydrogen sulfide was detected in the air in so9uthern California recently. Remember the smell that was reported? Air testing showed it was hydrogen sulfide. Kuwait City was just locked down with shelter-in-place warnings due to hydrogen sulfide. They said it was from an oil well leak. An incident in Britain involving hydrogen sulfide recently sickened some people. An incident in Australia involving hydrogen sulfide just killed 2 people and injured 19 more. Hydrogen sulfide is not only an oil industry gas or a volcanic gas. It is also a biochemically-produced gas. Septic workers have to deal with it from time to time. Landfills emit hydrogen sulfide. It is produced by ancient anaerobic bacteria in low-oxygen (hypoxic) and no-oxygen (anoxic) environments. The 'dead zones' in the oceans have been growing for years. Those are hypoxic/anoxic environments. In Earth's past, when the dead zones get big enough, they emit hydrogen sulfide. This is the likely cause of many extinction events, including the Permian-Triassic extinction event. Well, guess what? They're big enough now. California is downwind of one of the bigger dead zones, the Great Pacific Garbage Patch. The Gulf of Mexico is also an area where dead zones spring up, bigger and bigger, every year. The warmer the waters get - and this past year saw record-setting heat in waters in rivers and in the Gulf and in the ocean - the more hydrogen sulfide they will plume. Have you noticed combustion vehicles are bursting into flame everywhere? Well, they are. That's from hydrogen sulfide, which is highly flammable. They're bursting into flame in peoples' garages, in carparks, everywhere. Homes and businesses are burning and exploding more now too. Animals are dying everywhere. The birds dropping dead from the sky - they're hitting hydrogen sulfide plumes blowing by. The fish washing ashore dead - it's coming from the Earth's waters, as is to be expected with the growth of the dead zones and the heating of the waters. A nuclear plant on the East Coast had to shut down because the OCEAN WAS TOO WARM. That was a first. Search for "Alert: Clathrate Gun Is Firing" and read the first link. This is an ancient extinction event. It is not a regional problem. It is not solely because of that sinkhole. It is a planetary problem. Kuwait, a coastal country. Britain, an island nation. Australia, a bigger island nation. California, a coastal state, downwind of the Great Pacific Garbage Patch. The underground bunkers are to provide safety from the fires and explosions and poison gas. The super-rich are building their stuff in the Himalayas to try to stay ABOVE heavier-than-air hydrogen sulfide. All the clues are there if you have eyes to see. All the data and evidence supports this. If you expect the government to tell you flat-out that the end of the world as we know it is upon us, think again. |

Quoting: BadHairDay It did? Havent heard anything bout it. Oops, New Zealand. And the Kuwait one was blamed on a well. And the California incident was blamed on the Salton Sea. And the one in Britain was blamed on a research accident. Tree by tree they will give you an explanation. If you buy it, tree by tree, then you will miss the fact that there is a FOREST of these incidents. Why so many, now? Is it just coincidence that the dead zones are growing and the waters are heating at the same time? Hah, if you believe that then you might as well go back to sleep and wait your turn to die. |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 27632224 United States 11/21/2012 06:28 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Oops, I did make an error though, so I'm glad that came up. It was 2 critically injured, and 19 injured. The two may have died, but I don't know that for sure, so that was an error on my part and I will correct. Another thing about hydrogen sulfide: it is neurotoxic and can cause brain damage. Remember the face-eater? He walked across a causeway OVER WATER in Florida, downwind of the Gulf of Mexico. On one side he was a normal guy. Along the way his brain was destroyed, he shed his clothes, and by the time he reached the other side he was a ravening lunatic incapable of speech (a sign his speech center had been destroyed, among other things). And they just had 'anti-Zombie' training in California. Now you know why. As the hydrogen sulfide permeates the atmosphere, anyone could become a face-eater at any time. Gotta train law enforcement to deal with that problem. Might need a billion hollow point rounds for that. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 25612238 Canada 11/21/2012 08:08 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | [link to en.wikipedia.org] In 1975, a hydrogen sulfide release in Denver City, located in Yoakum and Gaines counties, Texas, caused the state legislature to focus on the deadly hazards of the gas. State Representative E L Short of Tahoka in Lynn County, took the lead in endorsing an investigation by the Texas Railroad Commission and urged that residents be warned "by knocking on doors if necessary" of the imminent danger stemming from the gas. One may die from the second inhalation of the gas, and a warning itself may be too late |

KenTx2011 User ID: 26295520 United States 11/21/2012 04:32 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | 4:35 Texas Brine reports H2S at sonic well Quoting: Anonymous Coward 28109230 Texas Brine has reported high levels of H2S from their sonic vent well that is drilled into the cap rock. The well was shut in due to these levels. DNR's contractor, The Shaw Group, is currently investigating. We are currently waiting on additional details from DNR. Please be advised that H2S is an extremely dangerous gas. Unlike methane, it is heavier than air and collects at low to the ground levels. No community air monitors have detected H2S. Monitoring will continue as usual. [link to www.facebook.com] [link to en.wikipedia.org] A little off topic here, but I have always wondered... the "DNR" initials, unfortunately those initials also have a fatal meaning, as in "DO NOT RECCESITATE" (spelling police don't attack me) |
