I have pepper spray. I would have a CCW, but it's very difficult to get one in Maryland unless you can provide a good reason as to why you need one.

Yes I have, and That is their training. In my CC class, we had a former cop that told us that the only shot they aimed was the last one to the head. The first shots were just unaimed body shots. If you'll notice, no cop shoots just once.

Last time I was gang attacked by a bunch of illegal immigrants in the train I took defensive stance and they thought twice about coming at me.

The sad part is when they attack the elderly and people who couldn't defend themselves anyhow. Where are the authorities then to help? The police can only help AFTER a crime has been commited, so they're basically worthless.

I carry a ccw and hit a deer last week a cop showed up and i handed him my permit and dl i have to say he was very cool
about it and could not care less about the pistol he ran the permit and dl and i am leagally required to inform him

Folks who get in trouble with the police are often those who wish to act all freedom fighter on them. I hate cops but I know how to deal with them. cops over here are a bunch of lazy assholes, you joke a bit with them and they'll leave you alone, but also if you're in trouble they'll never help out, they'll drive past you and look the other way.

Assisted opening, it releases when you take it out of your pocket. Full automatics are illegal here so this works like a charm. And yeah, if I were to be attacked by someone using one of these I wouldn't know how to defend myself, any attempt to block its attacks would end in some harm regardless, and a hook to the throat with it would easily end someone.
