In my school district this is still the policy. And even if it wasn't, I've got a brain I can use. But I guess all that free babysitting from the public school system makes it hard to parent your own children...

I am also very suspect when an organization such as this one front for "unidentified" persons who don't wish to be singled out. Pretty easy to claim you're working on the behalf of affected parties when in reality the affected party is just you and your agenda...
