Serious question for atheists...please respond...

is there any holiday that actually came from christianity and not pagan customs?

You call it Christmas... We call it "winter solstice."

We call it "Family Day" and we dont do prezzies as such but I pay for my kids insurances.

This year for the first time in my life, I will be spending the day on my own and I am looking forward to it sooo much

if I believe in a higher being- essentially all of them but little of what the lower ignorant people call an interpretation of "them" - does that make me an agnostic? I don't like following what stupid people from hundreds of years ago have to say about those from above...I also hate the "new wave" fruitcakes

There are only two kinds of people: the saved and the lost, at the point where they die. (So I guess I should say there are 3 kinds of people-- the saved, the lost and those who will get saved!
Jesus said that unless you believe that He is the Messiah, God, the Saviour, you will die in your sins. Saved, lost.
Path to heaven or to hell. Only two ways. Doesn't matter what else you call yourself. You either believe that Jesus is God and follow Him as your Savious, or you'll die in your sins.

Well it does seem hypocritical...you proclaim your lack of belief in God, but celebrate a proclaimed religious holiday? Doesnt make sense, why celebrate it based on a Christian tradition you dont believe in?
