take a look at photos of the inside of the bayterek tower and the inside of the peace pyramid, incorporated in the same city's design...

I'm no decipher/decoder. I don't even believe in Hollow earth, however that's what I saw.

It looks like a tilted planet, possibly earth, with a hole in the 'north pole'. There's a pyramid at the end of the 'sword'.

yes the pyramid is called the palace of peace. it is in astana.
the bird is samruck/the phoenix.

they have a whole mythology going on there about it.

first we really need to know what those angles are.
because what is being said is being said via math and geomatry as well as phoenix/pyramid symbolism that is obvious.

i think to truly understand this work you should go to google maps and lokok at it there. see the coordinates. read up about astana and the pyramid of peace, etc.

this will be really helpful for you to decipher their little "astrolabe" they have created in this park.

Something to do with taking over and populating other planets? The next race will be to discover and claim other planets and populate them with their own race.. But that will always cause subsections, factions, competition and differences from within their own culture. There will never be peace or complacency in the universe or earth, by law of natural order, physics, and God. Even within the elite, the guy next to you is after you, and even if you're the only human left, superior aliens will come for you, and the cycle continues. There is only one God at the end of the day.

don't fret about it. you just see a birds-eye view of the park and close surroundings. it looks symbolic, because it is essentially geometric (curves, radiating lines from a central point, straight blocks, ...).

the underlying principles of hermetic architecture and landscaping is more complex than that.

The place is heavy in sun worship and its various symbols. Most of the line work is symbolic of that. The thing you have to remember with many of these sites is that they are in fact Talismans on a large scale.

Much of the line and path work is along ley lines or patterned to form sigils for the talisman. With deciphering all of the sites in Astana and then looking at it as a whole its very hard to tell exactly what they mean.
