Glad you and your family had an UDE (Ultimate Doom Experience) and lived to tell the tale. Prayers for those didn't make it out alive. If I lived in an area where Storms of Doom could come or were coming and I had advance warning I don't know if I would GTFO or do as you did an take my chance with the UDE. I have been in two major earthquakes but there is no warning. If there had been I probably would have stayed for the experience but slept out in the open.

Thy dint warn us correctly they said a surge is possible but most people never herd of a storm surge over here no one new what it was

After watching news clips from the day of the storm live the news knew that it was goin to hit and get flooded the guy on chan 7 predicted it he was saying at 4 the first high tide came in and at 9 will be worse and he said word for word in advance that most by will b under water

If thy said that in advance I bet all would have evacuated

U guys on Glp gave me a better warning hen the news did told me to leave si going o be under

But like most things on Glp I take it with a grain of salt most prediction on here fall thru and people seem nuts

If news said what u ppl on Glp said I'd be outtie fast

I lived in a basement appartment and lost everything I ever earned and purchased all belongings memories of family

The cleanup I did by myself took 2 weeks to gut the appartment

I swam in the ocean water in my house to unscrew the sewer Pitt to drain water as companies were going door to door charging 350 an hour to pump water. MY neighbor paid for it and it took over 14 hours I believe

Places that I plate as a child or even took my child to play its just not there anymore places I hung out as a kid not there anymore

My sons school got flooded he's in kindergarten so all his drawing etc and work in school was lost ill never get his first drawing in school or anything like that

News downplayed this shit to the public I'm notbshitin u guys about the death toll either there was bodies floating for days lots of marshes in my area also and body after body getting picked up

FEMA is a joke I can't even rebuild because contractors need a down payment first. I lost my car job and didn't Ben think to save my money when shtf I grabbed my weed a pipe my tv an computer brang it to a neighbors had like 5 mins when shtf wet down a last time water wa pouring on from everywhere and shooting from toilet then boom the glass door bursts in frame too and water was like a fn river outside was like a rapid trees cars floating pitch black ocean and sewage covere erythongfor days

Bare w me I'm high I made lots of typos and left lots of stuf out lol
