So God decides to incarnate himself as a human who is both his son and himself simultaneously (somehow the Holy Spirit is tied into this to form a trinity). Jesus (God) is sacrificed on the cross to himself, to die for the sins of mankind. What the fuck kind of sense does that make? My understanding of the word sin is that it basically means: to miss the mark, fall short of the glory of God, whatever that may be.

How does Jesus (God) suffering on the cross somehow make up and “save” people who fall short of the glory of God? It’s a bizarre premise to begin with, God sacrificing himself in the form of his son to himself to atone for the sins of mankind. What a bullshit, fear based religion. All Christianity does is make people feel they are “no good.”
