You might come down 231. Watch out for the Youngstown sign a few miles outside PC. The speed limit drops and they like to hand out tickets for speeding. I am making some right now, with celery and mushrooms. I cooked it with thyme, sage, parsley and garlic. I am trying something new and adding some Hickory Smoke Flavor. That sounds good too.
