If America's attitude that "all dogs can be dangerous if the owner makes them that way" was TRUE AT ALL, in the context of defending dangerous breeds... Then why does the USA have the highest rate of dog attacks requiring lengthy hospitalizations, and the most deaths from dog attacks ? Fact : Dogs are NOT humans, and like ALL non humans, behavior is species, subspecies and breed dependant. They are NOT capable of thinking, to ANY capacity that humans can. Anthropomorphism, is a system of PURELY HUMAN THOUGHT, that has been proven to be false, over and over, and over again ! So why does the USA, and no other first world country, continue to push Anthropomorphism, and call people who believe in science, "narrow minded" ? lol
