Yeah, except Hamas is playing nice cause they know they can't beat Israel in a fight. Then they'll bring in the "global" community to try and broker "peace" but really they'll be buying their time and waiting to strike later on. We know the game. The Mid-East was built to break down... might as well light the fuse now. Unless you think this "peace" is going to actually last? If we really think Nuclear weapons in certain hands are bad... then better to just have the Mid-East rip itself apart now than having us go in later on full bore and risk a confrontation with Russia or China. It's not ideal, but it might be the best option for the big powers (US, Russia, China).
