He is life! He is mercy! He is salvation! He desires for all people to come to Him and ask forgiveness because He wants to forgive all people. There is no sin too big that He can't handle.  Agreed Jesus died for me so I can live in peace and go to heaven, I agree with this. Except I had children out of wedlock and got drunk and snorted loads of cocaine. So what? I won't even list the horrible things I did before coming to Christ for forgiveness, and asking Him to make me clean and a new person. The old person is gone, He doesn't even remember it. When my mother was dying in the hospital in intensive care unit, she told me my dad who died 24 years earlier was standing next to me. Jesus wasn't there.
