They might even be more than 25%. I mean the people with no conscience. Not all of them are so obvoious, not all of them are excessive liars and manipulators. But what i'm noticing is their total acceptance (Or active approval) of evil doings and evil philosophies. It mind-blowing. Even when someone (Person or entity, let's say corporation or political party) is OBVIOUSLY on the dark side and acting/thinking obviously immoral, most people would still act like "oh cool" or "oh that's totally not a big deal". These people can't be right in the head, they are no less fucked up than the real psychos doing all the evil stuff
