If you study this board you will notice it has a very low barrier to entry. This brings trolls and shills like moths to a flame. The bans are used to get people to buy accounts(freedom from bans).

There are no attacks on this site. This site is the place where people bet on doom. It was proposed a while back and shocked people. So they made it a forum instead. Here is the place the world ends. We will think the earth into death.

Thats because the ban is back. We got banned again for no reason so auto bans are turned back on :(

There is a reason why the bans were lifted , you must relaize they didn't for it for shit and giggles. The people RUNNING the website have been doing things that the people who are behind it do not approve if. No one was ever supposed to be banned at GLP, and the only material that was ever supposed to be removed was that which violated the law.

The people running the site were defeating it's purpose because of ego and a desire to create a certain version of reality, whereas the actual purpose of GLP is to get a fairly accurate idea of what was on the people's minds and to identify trends in social changes and thinking across the globe. An unwanted by product was the spread of ideas they did not wish to be decimated, thus the banning and the censorship.

Keep in mind anything you have posted on the internet after around 2000 was digitally recorded along with your IP and computer motherboard serial number. They also have ways to identify a particular person by tier intellectual level, vocabulary and writing style, though it is not usable in a court of law. The only way to tie a particular person to a particular post is if you had an agent standing over your should watching you type it or a camera attached to your computer (NEVER do this and if you do, uninstall it immediately[/b[ after you use it for it's intended use like communicating with friends and such), making the internet a place where isead normally kept to oneself can be freely expressed..

I should have added that people's voices spoken over a telephone or the internet can be tied to a particular person with 100% accuracy, and the 'covernemnt" has an archives of voice prints from nearly every American.

you have got to be kidding me. I left this site when the bans were lifted because it became unusable. I only looked at one thread since then on 'favorite Thanksgiving food' and some guy came on to sexually threaten a child. I left again. I just came back to see what was going on.

If I have to get banned because of some arshole, so be it. I would rather that happened than have the site completely ruined. You haven't noticed how people have been coming on to rational threads and threatening to stick body parts in places where they shouldn't be for absolutely no reason except to disrupt the thread? Really? Haven't notice ANY of that huh?



Free speech does NOT give people the right to repeatedly be extrememly filthy and abusive. Nope. Not at all. America protected the idea of free speech and many posters on here have raped it repeatedly. Most people just lose interest in this site because of getting banned too much. They may still hover around now and then, but they won't post interesting and legit threads like how they used to.


I used to post really well researched and legit threads but I was getting banned too much for petty reasons and I so I just stopped giving a fuck.


And that's why this place has turned to shit. All that's left is fake scum.

It's the same as it ever was...bans or not.
