yeah ive got my girlfriend helping me and my best friend moved in with us to help with diet prep and juicing. since i switched the diet, i had had severe herxenhiemer's reaction due to the hard shift to very healthy living, and now I am used to it with little trouble.

no sugars, no chemicals, no smoking anything, no drinking (while im sure there is genetics at play, damn i was a drunk for much of my 20's). no carbohydrates that break down into glucose, light potatoes and light oats are my only sources for complex carbs.

I ride a bike everywhere as a lifestyle choice and so now when I ride to work (reduced kitchen shifts) i try to really push that cardio. deep breathing excercises, meditation, karate practice in the lawn. stage II and fighting like a fucking ninja.
