Jesus didn't follow sheep Jesus leads sheep...that last day david builds the temple of the Lord the spiritual temple 2nd corinthians 6:16. That last day servant David is the "Branch" in zechariah:
THE BRANCH: GODS SERVANT

Zech 3:

1 And he shewed me Joshua the high priest standing before the angel of the Lord, and Satan standing at his right hand to resist him.

2 And the Lord said unto Satan, The Lord rebuke thee, O Satan; even the Lord that hath chosen Jerusalem rebuke thee: is not this a brand plucked out of the fire?

3 Now Joshua was clothed with filthy garments, and stood before the angel.

4 And he answered and spake unto those that stood before him, saying, Take away the filthy garments from him. And unto him he said, Behold, I have caused thine iniquity to pass from thee, and I will clothe thee with change of raiment.

5 And I said, Let them set a fair mitre upon his head. So they set a fair mitre upon his head, and clothed him with garments. And the angel of the Lord stood by.

6 And the angel of the Lord protested unto Joshua, saying,

7 Thus saith the Lord of hosts; If thou wilt walk in my ways, and if thou wilt keep my charge, then thou shalt also judge my house, and shalt also keep my courts, and I will give thee places to walk among these that stand by.

8 Hear now, O Joshua the high priest, thou, and thy fellows that sit before thee: for they are men wondered at: for, behold, I will bring forth my servant the Branch.

9 For behold the stone that I have laid before Joshua; upon one stone shall be seven eyes: behold, I will engrave the graving thereof, saith the Lord of hosts, and I will remove the iniquity of that land in one day.

10 In that day, saith the Lord of hosts, shall ye call every man his neighbour under the vine and under the fig tree.
Zechariah 6:
11 Then take silver and gold, and make crowns, and set them upon the head of Joshua the son of Josedech, the high priest;

12 And speak unto him, saying, Thus speaketh the Lord of hosts, saying, Behold the man whose name is The Branch; and he shall grow up out of his place, and he shall build the temple of the Lord:

13 Even he shall build the temple of the Lord; and he shall bear the glory, and shall sit and rule upon his throne; and he shall be a priest upon his throne: and the counsel of peace shall be between them both.

So we see the Branch builds the temple of God and at the same time the antichrist will be rebuilding the 3rd temple and that is why the Jews in the beginning will believe the antichrist is the promised messiah.

Zechariah chapter 4:
2 And said unto me, What seest thou? And I said, I have looked, and behold a candlestick all of gold, with a bowl upon the top of it, and his seven lamps thereon, and seven pipes to the seven lamps, which are upon the top thereof:

3 And two olive trees by it, one upon the right side of the bowl, and the other upon the left side thereof.

4 So I answered and spake to the angel that talked with me, saying, What are these, my lord?

5 Then the angel that talked with me answered and said unto me, Knowest thou not what these be? And I said, No, my lord.

6 Then he answered and spake unto me, saying, This is the word of the Lord unto Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, saith the Lord of hosts.

7 Who art thou, O great mountain? before Zerubbabel thou shalt become a plain: and he shall bring forth the headstone thereof with shoutings, crying, Grace, grace unto it.

8 Moreover the word of the Lord came unto me, saying,

9 The hands of Zerubbabel have laid the foundation of this house; his hands shall also finish it; and thou shalt know that the Lord of hosts hath sent me unto you.

10 For who hath despised the day of small things? for they shall rejoice, and shall see the plummet in the hand of Zerubbabel with those seven; they are the eyes of the Lord, which run to and fro through the whole earth.

11 Then answered I, and said unto him, What are these two olive trees upon the right side of the candlestick and upon the left side thereof?

12 And I answered again, and said unto him, What be these two olive branches which through the two golden pipes empty the golden oil out of themselves?

13 And he answered me and said, Knowest thou not what these be? And I said, No, my lord.

14 Then said he, These are the two anointed ones, that stand by the Lord of the whole earth.

Now we see Joshua and Zerubbabel are representing the two witness and are building the temple of the Lord(the spiritual temple) the antichrist builds the natural 3rd temple. The Jews see the physical but are not realizing it is the spiritual that matters.
Now we know from zechariah 3:12 And speak unto him, saying, Thus speaketh the Lord of hosts, saying, Behold the man whose name is The Branch; and he shall grow up out of his place, and he shall build the temple of the Lord:
the Branch rebuilds the temple

Here is another reference to the Branch:
Isaiah 11:
1 And there shall come forth a rod out of the stem of Jesse, and a Branch shall grow out of his roots:

2 And the spirit of the Lord shall rest upon him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the Lord;

3 And shall make him of quick understanding in the fear of the Lord: and he shall not judge after the sight of his eyes, neither reprove after the hearing of his ears:

4 But with righteousness shall he judge the poor, and reprove with equity for the meek of the earth: and he shall smite the earth: with the rod of his mouth, and with the breath of his lips shall he slay the wicked.

We know from Rev 22:16:
Revelation 22:16

King James Version (KJV)

16 I Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches. I am the root and the offspring of David, and the bright and morning star.
we see Isaiah 11:1:
Isaiah 11:
1 And there shall come forth a rod(Jesus) out of the stem of Jesse, and a Branch(last day servant) shall grow out of his roots(Jesus):....we see that the Branch is not "the root" or the rod(Jesus) but the Branch(last day servant) comes out of Jesse.....whenever you see the Branch mentioned it is either coming out of "the root" or is "a root"...not "the root" as Jesus is "the root" but the Branch is only "a root"(Think of it this way the last day servant it Adam the first begotten of Jesus. Adam was before David and will come after David just as Jesus was. Adam the man is always shown less as in the example Adam the man being of "a root" and Jesus being "the root"

Isaiah 11:10:
10 And in that day there shall be "a" root of Jesse(Jesus is "the" root, this servant is "a" root, little letters big difference), which shall stand for an ensign of the people; to it shall the Gentiles seek: and his rest shall be glorious.
Jesus Himself said in John 15:5I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing

So Jesus is the "vine" and we are the "branches" but this zerubbabel(last day servant is the "chief Branch" with the commission of rebuilding the spiritual temple.

Dear Waterman,

The entire Bible is written about Jesus, if you will keep this in mind......first find Jesus in the passage of scripture your reading....then backtrack and the rest of the entities in the story will come into full view!

------------------------------------------------------------
Agreed the whole bible is about Jesus! Jesus being the first begotten of God:
Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature: For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him: And he is before all things, and by him all things consist. And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence. For it pleased the Father that in him should all fulness dwell” (Collosians 1:15-19)

WOW look at the importance of the firstborn of every creature......the WHOLE BIBLE is written about Him. God is very proud of that.......Wouldn't the be strange if Jesus was proud of his first begotten which is Adam and wrote him in the shadow of Himself into the whole Bible and nobody saw it til the end. What if Jesus said "everything is mine" and I'm giving it to you, because your my firstborn!..kinda reminds ya of a charlie and chocolate factory ending doesn't it. It's all mine charlie but I'm giving it all to you!

Yes Waterman, you have eyes to see!

Do you have ears to hear?

There are amazing truths about Jesus Christ from Genesis 1 to Revelation 22

I will look for your posts so we can explore the RICHES OF THE INHERITANCE WE HAVE BEEN GIVEN BY OUR FATHER IN HEAVEN...."I mean The Kingdom Of God Is Within Us" And God is everywhere at all times.... Really does mean ALL those Promises ARE REALLY OURS right now in real earth time!

Read the promises left by Jesus Christ The Holy Spirit and The Father.......

2 Peter 1:1-10

Simon Peter, a bondservant and apostle of Jesus Christ,

To those who have obtained like precious faith with us by the righteousness of our God and Savior Jesus Christ:

Grace and peace be multiplied to you in the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord,as His divine power has given to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of Him who called us by glory and virtue,
by which have been given to us exceedingly great and precious promises, that through these you may be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.

Fruitfulness and Growth are our inheritance by Faith

But also for this very reason, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue, to virtue knowledge, to knowledge self-control, to self-control perseverance, to perseverance godliness, to godliness brotherly kindness, and to brotherly kindness love. For if these things are yours and abound, you will be neither barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. For he who lacks these things is shortsighted, even to blindness, and has forgotten that he was cleansed from his old sins.

Therefore, brethren, be even more diligent to make your call and election sure, for if you do these things you will never stumble; for so an entrance will be supplied to you abundantly into the everlasting kingdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Waterman, this is what we live for.... His promises becoming reality in us "Christ in you your Hope of Glory" is a gift from God for any of His children who desire the narrow path with the narrow gate.

So I read the Bible like you do, with great ferver, do you know Who the book of Revelation is about from page 1 to the end?

If you want we can start at the first verse of chapter one and you will see Jesus Christ in all of His Glory and Majesty! Really, Revelation is exaxtly what He says it is...HIS TESTIMONY!

See you tomorrow

do you know Who the book of Revelation is about from page 1 to the end?

-----------------------------------------------------------

Tell me how revelation 14:14 is Jesus when His own creation(the angel) has to tell "Jesus" when to reap the harvest. And notice this one "like the son of man" has only a single gold crown It's not Jesus reaping the harvest it is Adam the firstborn of Jesus

Rev. 14:14: THE LAST DAY SERVANT(ADAM)

14I looked, and there before me was a white cloud, and seated on the cloud was one “like a son of man”a with "a" crown of gold on his head and a sharp sickle in his hand. 15Then another angel came out of the temple and called in a loud voice to him who was sitting on the cloud, “Take your sickle and reap, because the time to reap has come, for the harvest of the earth is ripe.” 16So he who was seated on the cloud swung his sickle over the earth, and the earth was harvested. (WOW!!! when did JESUS start taking orders from an angel!?!?)

Rev 19:11 JESUS KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS!

I sure hope Jesus knows what to do that angel that was in rev. 14 is no where to be found to tell Jesus what to do here in Rev 19.

11 And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war.

12 His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself.

13 And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God.(This is clearly Jesus)

14 And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean.

15 And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God.

16 And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written, King Of Kings, And Lord Of Lords.(why is nobody telling Jesus what to do? Why does Jesus have manY crowns and the guy "like a son of man" only has a single crown
..........because this rev 19 is Jesus and rev. 14 is Adam, Jesus' firstborn!
 Quoting: waterman

Adam is the one the firstborn of JESUS, Adam is the chosen one. He is the greater of the two witnesses and will die and 3 and a half days later be raised by God and will be given everything!:
