To me it is simply a great work of art. I think anyone who goes there and sees it will be in speechless awe of it. I find it beautiful.

The Chinese so have a sense of the eternal about them. They are just as likely to go 4D as any of us are. The world changes are not just for the US. I believe it to be true that many of "us" will not be "going" at all.

Worldwide there are many too burdened by Karma to make the change. Just a few; mass murderers, child molesters, abusive people of all kinds, politicians, CIA, FBI, cruel prison guards, anyone who is cruel to animals in any way. Politicians, (bears repeating) and the stingy rich, who think more of their money than their fellow men. Any folks who are not pulling their weight when they very well could....and a shit load of lawyers.

It appears to be a toroidal airfoil, designed to amplify air speeds, in a directional manner.
