Sounds about right.
North American women (particularly in the U.S. and Canada) have been bombarded by the media/Madison Avenue with what they SHOULD do, who they SHOULD be, and how they SHOULD act.
Just like a nightclub that offers women free entrance, but charge the guys, because they know: as go women, so go men.
They manipulate the women, and the women then manipulate the men, so the media/Madison Avenue has to do only half the work.
