Just talked to a FEMA insider. Time to panic ?

Hi I just talked to a guy who claims to work for FEMA or he's crazy.He told me "get to high ground " I was joking around about the FEMA camps having the barbed wire facing in. He said they are all moving to higher elevation(above 400 feet)FEMA has been really gearing up recently (as we know)and even he is getting freaked out.They are moving all their storage containers above 400 feet. He doesn't know what could cause such coastal flooding and I mentioned global warming but he seemed to think something was imminent but didn't know what it could be.I was working on his pickup (I wrench for a livin') did a bunch of work.It all started because he needs to have a hand controlled floodlight mounted to his truck (per FEMA regulation) and was asking me how it could be done.I admitted to being a conspiracy theory type , and he said he wasn't supposed to say anything about it but he thought it people have a right to know .Sorry no link , but it did happen about an hour ago.. We seemed to hit it off so he said he will be back for more work .Cool I may have some inside source now !(or he's nuts) But my gut tells me he's ok.
