Burt Gummer User ID: 7702124 United States 11/21/2012 10:26 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | By creating a new folder in Windows 7 and renaming it with a certain text string at the end, users are able to have a single place to do everything from changing the look of the mouse pointer to making a new hard-drive partition. Quoting: Dr. Acula The trick is also works in Windows Vista, But it MAY cause 64-bit versions of that operating system to crash. But 32 bit versions work fine To enter "GodMode," one need only create a new folder and then rename the folder to the following: GodMode.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C} The icon then changes changes... all you do is click that... and you are in "God Mode" but seriously if you dont know what your doing... don't randomly click and fuck things up on your computer... you been warned... other wise enjoy the hell out of it! Seriously I’m not trolling this works! its just a centralized center to customize and change certain aspect of your computer Who runs 32 bit Win7 anyway??? Kinda defeats it's purpose IMHO |

If you're stuck with Microsoft use DOS mode for any serious work. Quoting: Politicas Serious work? Really? Over 90% of pc Internet users are still on Windows. Don't get me wrong. I have used all 3 major operating systems and I find pros and cons with each. But to imply you can't do useful work on Windows is just ignorant. So says the dude replying to this thread on an iPad. |

Learn about tar balls and command lines. It really isn't that hard after a couple of weeks of experimenting. Ubuntu gives me start ups in 30 seconds, added security, blazing speed, a ton of freeware that is as good as microsofts expensive offerings, slightly better anonymity (windows is loud and can't keep a secret), and a lot of tools that just can't be had with windows. |

Like, blue screen of death crash, or, just dont click the shortcut if i dont want it to crash, crash? "Those who would sacrifice freedom for security deserve neither" --Benjamin Franlkin No one ever said freedom was safe. Upon true understanding of the concepts of freedom, you shall realize that freedom is the most dangerous choice of lifestyle. When I read about it it said it has the potential to crash computers with 64 bit. But i'm assuming its "just dont click the shortcut if i dont want it to crash" but i dont know enough to say for sure _______________________ |
