He was working for FEMA as a heavy equipment operator after El Nino, digging drainage ditches, clearing sewers, etc. he mentioned they were also moving a lot of supplies and equipment up to Big Bear.That was a while ago . Maybe this is just part of a long term project.As for the antennae. It was mounted on the back tailgate. Very small 3-4 inches spiral wound. Looked like an old cell phone antennae. I should not have prefaced my thread with such a stereotypical "doomtard" Title.(keywords "insider, panic")I am not predicting doom.Just reporting an interesting incident. Hopefully he comes back and I WILL get more info.Maybe if I can find some info on that floodlight, I can call him and get him back in.Anyone provide me a link to this info would help.
