I used to do some work with the Monroe Institute years back, when Laurie was still alive

Through that I met a nice older guy who was with the Navy back in the 1950s

He seemed like your regular 70 something veteran, but apparently he had a special aptitude so they had trained him back when to do RV. They used them in the com room of subs

Even though he had retired, he was unofficially still working for them

In 2009 he was living in Florida but sent me a short little alert that he and some of his buddies who also lived in Florida had been told Arkansas was a better place to live. He admitted it was a pain to pick up and move, given he had recently bought a house down there, but he seemed to trust the intelligence he had been given

Good thing I didn't rush out at the time and move to Arkansas as well, because obviously nothing has happened

but when I see threads like this, I think about it
