I am nervous, I really believe he works for FEMA.
I've worked for service stations for over 20 years .You get a good knack for people.He seemed legit.

He is doing YOU a favor even talking to you about stuff he is nervous about. The LAST thing you want to do it single him out. You COULD take a pic of his antennae you were talking about. Make sure NOTHING in the picture can be traced back to him, specifically.
