Got pulled off the rode in StCharles MO for flipping off an off-duty cop after he cut someone off,never showed me a badge & pointed gun ,I left,,

30 minutes later I had atleast ten cops at my friends house looking for me.
I was arrested for driving on a suspended & assault on an officer.

The reason why I flipped him off in the first place was becaue he cut off the driver next to me. Next thing I knew he pulled infront of my truck at a 30 degree angle. I was happy to get out. He started pocking me in the chest with his finger asking me what I thought I was doing , by flipping him off and telling me he's a cop. I told him if he continued to poke me in the chest that I would kick his ass , I wasn't sure if he was a cop but I was pretty sure he was because of his demeanor and my history with police. Which is the only thing that kept me from kicking his ass. He continues to tell me he's a cop & I continue to tell him to show me a badge which he never once did, he said he didn't have it or something , he also drew his gun on me after he tried to trip me up in a short scuffle. Once he realized he couldn't do anything to overpower me he drew his gun and I left. He never once told me I was under arrest or showed me a badge. I did however have a SUSPENED drivers license and I was driving a friends car. He was later pulled over & harassed by atleast 5 police cars. He had his 5 year old son & they threatened to take him to DHS or something. Once they figured out it wasn't me they entered his apartment and arrested me for driving on a suspended license , assaulting an officer & resisting arrest ! When was I arrested to begin with is what I wanna know ?
