Ive been smoking way too much, i quit to lower my tolerance, I would smoke and i wouldn't get as high.
Its been 2 days so far, wish me luck please.

Aside from the fact that it makes everything more awesome, I use it for a different perspective. I don't smoke every day anymore and I've found that only getting high within a 48 hour window once per month is great for reestablishing my priorities.

For the first few days, aspirin is great. It tends to counter the feeling of your muscles contracting back to "normal".

If you want a low tolerance and some amazing highs, drink lots of cold water, eat fresh food and do cardio exercises regularly. THC is stored mostly in fat cells so the lower your body fat percentage is, the quicker your tolerance goes back down. Also, having a "clean" system means you get higher when you do smoke because your circulation is more functional.
