UK crime story doesn't make sense - PSYOP RABBIT HOLE

Sooo...in the middle of a HUGE national scandal about elite paedo rings we are being fed a story about some dangerous criminal escaped from a low security prison who targets old ladies and little girls. The name is either 'Ivan Leach' or 'Lee Cyrus'. Do a search online for these names, you will find a lot of news stories.

News stories which do not make much sense. Take this one:

How about [link to www.dailyrecord.co.uk] - a horrible and emotive story with horrifying imagery but what the FUCK is this quote about: All I could see were his eyes – he had wrapped bandages around his face and Cyrus was never charged for attacking Kathlyn, even though police have no doubt he did it

This dangerous beast is all over the UK, he's been spotted in Preston, Nottingham, Perth and on public transport. Why then can I find NO records on Google's news archive for his attack on a 90 year old widow in 2005 for which he supposedly received life imprisonment, under either name?

DOES IVAN LEACH aka LEE CYRUS exist?
