Good tips to remember OP, the dancing I mean. The praise and worship is my favorite portion of church service but I always have to work on Sundays and don't get to participate. Sometimes life's trials make you feel so...beaten down and depressed that even throwing up a prayer seems like a big effort. Maybe that's what is meant by "sacrifice of praise".
