IF the employee had a criminal record and they didn't find it, or ignored a history of violence in an arrest record - then the liability will go much higher because of negligence. That is always a route you could take! There are many options for phone service. I stopped using the main carriers years ago and today have an unlimited plan with excellent signal and coverage [unlimited voice, text, web] for less than half what I was paying TMO. Prepaid plans today are also better in many cases than post-paid monthly plan with 2 year contracts. I don't know WTF is wrong with some people who still use big carriers and get screwed every month by them when they have decent alternatives. |
