They fully plan on ignoring the occasional rocket, to satisfy the international community who tried so hard to save the Palestinians. If after a few months, there is any significant rocket fire on any given day, Israel's gonna blow it's top, and I don't think Netanyahu will back down to Obama at that point. Oh btw: In exchange for stopping the ground invasion, Obama understands that Netanyahu is going to BLOW UP SMUGGLING EFFORTS FROM IRAN AND ELSEWHERE. Yes that means for the first time, Israel has the "green light" to actively take out smuggling operations before they reach the Gaza border. That's the real story IMO. Can you say dead Iranians? So, they'll most certainly do whatever they want to do to enact that. It's all a play. At any moment Israel could bomb Iran, or Hamas could bomb Israel and Israel responds with a ground invasion, or Iran bombs Israel, etc etc. We do not have any chance of predicting the outcome of this scenario, because at the snap of a finger dominoes start falling. And just because Israel said "months" instead of "days", that doesn't mean a damn thing. |
