After passing the Strait of Gibraltar, south of Spain, the USS New York, USS Iwo Jima and the USS Gunston Hall were forced to return in the direction they had just come from. The ships had been on their way back to the US after a six-month deployment, but will now have their deployment extended on the Israeli coast. All I'm saying is that why send them in the first place knowing they wouldn't make it back by Thanksgiving, but state that as they were returning, then decided to stay. Just seems a lil fishy to me, pay attention to Russia. Watch Iran and Saudi Arabia right now also |
