Typical cop excuse; example: "You match the description we received of someone doing bla-bla-bla. Can we see some ID?"
The aforementioned excuse was used when stopping me so many times when I was homeless that I paperclipped my driver's license to my jacket lapel so they would leave me alone.
I once asked for one cop's badge number and watch commander's name and actually called his watch commander and told him that if I was stopped a third time within a year, I would sue the department for harassment. This was after I was stopped TWICE in two days for no reason other than I was the 'safe bet', that is, white and poor, thus I couldn't claim 'profiling'. Cops these days are just another 'protection' racket!

Did you even read the article? The police had been called to the residence many times . . . they are filthy, irresponsible trash and they are allowing their kid to believe that it's just fine to urinate outdoors in public - there is NOTHING fine or acceptable about that.
