Anonymous Coward User ID: 27467395 United States 11/22/2012 06:11 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | usually it takes an act of God to fire someone here but it takes tons of complaining. But he/she is nice person dont really want to see them fired. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1384680 Don't want to see them fired?? That sure isn't evident, by that little line at the end of your post. "What has to be said to get them the axe" Here's an idea. Are you the boss?? Obviously not. Do your job, and let your boss decide what is or is not acceptable. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1384680 I do my job so does all the other employees, we all keep our areas clean and dont live like a pig, we are just tired of it and the bosses dont care. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1384680 The co-worker used to not be this way. aka dirty dishes that is left everywhere, half eaten food containers left in fridge, equipment left dirty and others have to clean up after them. He/she is also extremely lazy. He/she has same qualities as past employees that have been fired. Dishes have been thrown away, but it doesnt seem to deter them. Just wanting to know what needs to be said to them before he/she gets the axe. Put kiddy pron on his computer, call the cops, and the problem is solved. |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 28128834 Finland 11/22/2012 06:38 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Nothing ruins the morale at workplace like a neatfreak or a control freak. I used to work with a neatfreak who'd complain about the state of MY DESK: piles of papers, books and binders interspersed with instant food packages, assorted dismantled electronics and empty softdrink bottles. I finally got enough of her nagging and told her to fuck off and mind her own business. She ran to the boss who fortunately couldn't care less as I was producing results. Yes. It is a mess, but it's my mess. I know where in the strata of paperwork everything is, so it's not hurting my productivity (which would not have been on her responsibility anyway). If the mess hurts your eyes, don't look. |

So per your comment you wouldnt care if I came to your home & threw all my crap on the floor? |

You've some things to learn (and don't we all). One of them is tend to your own affairs and look for another place to work. What goes on in a company on the lower levels is indicative of the quality of people at the top. Corruption of some sort is always apparent anyplace you go in the world. It's the nature of the planet, the world, and its system(s). Some endeavors put a premium in keeping things clean. But there will be other species of insanities to contend with. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 26372742 Canada 11/22/2012 08:38 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | just talk to them. say that you have a hard time with the mess. it bothers you. or you could say that you have been hearing rumours (not from you btw) that people have been complaining about their mess, and you wouldn't want to see them fired. clutter does affect people. your outside environment is a reflection of your inside environment. just say: this is your mind on display! |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 22054163 United States 11/22/2012 09:11 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | It gets to the your fired point when they show up in their PJ's a white camisole braless not panties on under the PJ pants for work. That was a uniformed on the clock on the radar boots and all job. And they went for the sloppy hashy work habits to out right blatant grossly unethical.....and braking dress code and protocols. They wanted fired. |

I poured a little chia seeds in between the cracks of her keyboard and poured a little water in it too. A few days later , they sprouted all over her keyboard. She was so embarrased. |
