How do you deal with Lazy/messy co-worker

usually it takes an act of God to fire someone here but it takes tons of complaining. But he/she is nice person dont really want to see them fired.

Here's an idea. Are you the boss?? Obviously not. Do your job, and let your boss decide what is or is not acceptable.

I do my job so does all the other employees, we all keep our areas clean and dont live like a pig, we are just tired of it and the bosses dont care.

Put kiddy pron on his computer, call the cops, and the problem is solved.

Unless there's a clear and present danger of corrosive leaks, explosion, fire, electrocution, poisoning or other real accidents, just tolerate it.

Nothing ruins the morale at workplace like a neatfreak or a control freak.

I used to work with a neatfreak who'd complain about the state of MY DESK: piles of papers, books and binders interspersed with instant food packages, assorted dismantled electronics and empty softdrink bottles. I finally got enough of her nagging and told her to fuck off and mind her own business. She ran to the boss who fortunately couldn't care less as I was producing results.

Yes. It is a mess, but it's my mess. I know where in the strata of paperwork everything is, so it's not hurting my productivity (which would not have been on her responsibility anyway). If the mess hurts your eyes, don't look.

tolerate it to a point but when the sink is full of dirty dishes and the the fridge is full of dishes every is tired of the pig

You've some things to learn (and don't we all).

One of them is tend to your own affairs and look for another place to work.
What goes on in a company on the lower levels is indicative of the quality of people at the top.

Corruption of some sort is always apparent anyplace you go in the world.
It's the nature of the planet, the world, and its system(s).

Some endeavors put a premium in keeping things clean.
But there will be other species of insanities to contend with.

or you could say that you have been hearing rumours (not from you btw) that people have been complaining about their mess, and you wouldn't want to see them fired.

And they went for the sloppy hashy work habits to out right blatant grossly unethical.....and braking dress code and protocols.
