We will also see wonders, structures, places, and people appear out of nowhere. I was reading a time-slip thread and it was talking about construction that wasn't done just appearing completely done and then lamps appeared too. This, to me, isn't a time-slip but a merging of dimensions. This was no human error. It must have been there at one point.
