Doesn't look like she was sober. Was she lost? Was she on the phone? No. Because if so the cops would of helped her on her way. Instead she acts sketchy enough for them to know something is up with her. Than gets very defensive when asked if her purse can be searched and runs back to her car and attempts to flee. Sorry, but she asked for it as soon as she ran. I'm with her 100% on not allowing them to search her purse but running is what people who have done something wrong do.
