Vitamins?
My daily regiment is:
Multivitamin
Fish oil- 100mg
Vitamin C- 500mg
Grapeseed Extract- 100mg 3x a day
Pycnogenol- 100mg
Burdock root- 900mg a day
Turmeric- 320mg

What do you guys take? And am I taking too much? Are there risks of taking this much if any?

you can up your d3 to at least 2000 iu
as far as other possibilities, it depends on how old you are and if you are a man or a woman...

take at least a few days a month off, and you should be fine. also make sure you are taking good sources and not cheap (and not so healthy) chemical sources

D3 is a hormone......and therefore distinct from other vitamins.

Most of the cells in your body have receptor sites for it.


It is made from exposure to the sun......but most people go deficient during the non-summer months.


There is much research out that it has multiple benefits......including keeping your immune system strong and well regulated.


The amount you should take is based on body weight......and you should try to get a blood level between 40 and 70. This might take some time.


Someone 170 pounds should take around 5,000 per day. A six year old child......about 1500 per day.


During the summer......a 20 minute exposure in a swim suit during mid-day will naturally produce about 20,000 IUs.


Do not get scared by the high numbers.......as an IU is a very small unit of measurement.


They sometimes give shots to older people in nursing homes of 100,000 units to jump start things.


Older people and black people have problems creating D3 thru sun exposure on their skin.
