F'kin AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!! I've done 2 five pound chickens at one time, a turkey breast last week and another 9.5 pound turkey breast today and they all turned out PERFECTLY! Not greasy at all, completely cooked, tender and juicy. Takes a little less than 2 gallons of peanut oil, which can be used over and over, cooks at 4 minutes per pound for a whole bird, 7 minutes per pound for a breast. Preheats in 1/2 hour. On the kitchen table! Gonna do me some batter covered shrimp before retiring this 2 gallons of oil... and maybe some poppers too. Sleeping in on Thanksgiving.... PRICELESS!  |
